Research:

My research investigates the submicroscopic organization of Polo-like kinase 1 (Plk1) in both the presence and absence of CENP-U, an inner kinetochore protein. Using TurboID-based proximity labeling, I map proteins within Plk1’s immediate neighborhood with the goal of advancing our understanding of kinetochore-microtubule interactions during mitosis.
