Research

My research focuses on understanding how the tumor microenvironment shapes anti-tumor immune responses. In particular, I investigate how melanoma evades immune surveillance by suppressing natural killer (NK) cell function. My current project seeks to identify the mechanisms by which a melanoma-derived soluble factor inhibits NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
