My research focuses on the molecular mechanisms driving melanoma progression and metastasis. In cutaneous melanoma, I investigate how transcription factors such as MITF and TFE3 regulate tumor behavior. In uveal melanoma, I study the impact of genetic alterations in SF3B1 and BAP1 on tumor development and metastatic potential.
